You don't have to be in crisis to start therapy. Many of my clients are functioning well on the outside but feel stuck internally — overthinking, people-pleasing, or repeating patterns that no longer serve them. If you're curious about yourself, open to growth, and ready to explore meaningful change, therapy can be a powerful next step.
The first step is a free 15-minute consultation — a real conversation to see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment. You can book directly online or reach out by email or phone if you have questions first.
Your first session is about understanding where you are and where you want to go. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, patterns you've noticed, and what you're hoping will feel different. You'll also get a sense of how I work — collaborative, practical, and focused on meaningful, lasting change. It's not as scary as it sounds.
It's completely okay to say so. The therapeutic relationship matters — and if at any point you feel we're not the right fit, I'll help you find a therapist or resource that better matches your needs. Your comfort and growth always come first.
I specialize in working with thoughtful, self-aware adults navigating anxiety, boundaries, ADHD, and high sensitivity. If you're unsure whether we're the right fit, we can explore that together during a consultation. My goal is always to help you find the right support — whether that's working together or connecting you with someone who better matches your needs.
Sessions are 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions is determined together based on your goals and what works best for your life — most clients start weekly and adjust from there.
Both, depending on what you need. Some sessions focus on exploring deeper patterns and insights. Others are more skills-based and practical. Most clients appreciate having both — therapy that feels grounded and intentional, but flexible enough to meet you where you are.
Both — but the goal is always deeper change. Many of my clients come to therapy already self-aware. They understand their patterns but feel stuck changing them. We use coping tools where they're helpful, but the real work is understanding the why behind your experiences and building strategies that create lasting, meaningful change — not just better management.
I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) — evidence-based frameworks tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. I'm also currently completing training in EMDR for clients carrying deeper trauma.
Yes. What you share stays between us, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law. I will always discuss these limits with you before they apply.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled without 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Life happens — I'm always happy to work with you when something comes up.
Yes. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD — including emotional regulation, focus, organization, self-worth, and relationship patterns. I understand how ADHD actually shows up in adult life, not just in textbook descriptions. And I get it from the inside too.
Yes. High sensitivity is one of my areas of focus — both professionally and personally. I understand how HSP intersects with anxiety, boundaries, and relationship patterns, and I can help you understand your sensitivity as a strength while learning how to protect your energy without shutting down.
Yes — this is one of my primary specialties. I work with adults who are exhausted by their own minds: constant overthinking, second-guessing, worst-case scenario thinking, and anxiety that never fully quiets. We work to understand the roots of it, not just manage the symptoms.
Yes. Boundary work is central to what I do. This isn't just about learning to say no — it's about understanding the patterns underneath the people-pleasing, the guilt that follows, and the relationships that make it complicated. Real boundary work goes deeper than a script.
Yes. I offer in-person sessions at my Fort Worth, TX office (901 W Rosedale St, Ste. 250) and online therapy for adults across Texas and Florida via a HIPAA-secure telehealth platform.
Yes. I am licensed to provide telehealth therapy for adults in Florida in addition to Texas. Sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-secure platform.
Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy is just as effective as in-person for most people. Many clients actually find it easier to open up from a comfortable, familiar environment. The most important factor is the therapeutic relationship — and that translates online.
Intake appointments are $160 and individual sessions are $150. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, Zelle, and FSA/HSA cards.
I am in-network with Aetna. For all other insurance plans, I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and can submit claims on your behalf through Mentaya. Many clients are surprised by how much their out-of-network plan reimburses. Check your benefits here.
Private pay gives you full sessions, full flexibility, and a plan built entirely around you — not what an insurance company will approve. There are no session limits, no required diagnoses that follow you around, and no insurance company directing your care. For many thoughtful adults, investing in private pay therapy becomes one of the most meaningful decisions they make.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services if you are uninsured or not using insurance. I provide this in writing before our first appointment. If you receive a bill $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
