How it works

  1. Free 15-minute connection call

    We talk about what is going on and decide together if this is a good fit.

  2. Intake session

    A 50-minute first session to understand your history, your patterns, and your goals.

  3. Ongoing sessions

    50-minute sessions, with frequency decided together based on your goals.

Sessions are available in person at 901 W Rosedale Street, Ste 250, Fort Worth, TX 76104, and online through a HIPAA-secure platform for adults in Texas and Florida. Appointments are Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fees

$160Intake, 50 minutes
$150Ongoing session, 50 minutes
  • Payment is due at the time of service. Credit and debit cards, Zelle, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted.
  • Please give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are charged a $100 fee.

Using your insurance

I am a private-pay practice, so I do not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill at my full rate, and claims can be submitted through Mentaya. Reimbursement depends on your plan.

Private pay means no session limits and a treatment plan built around you rather than an insurer's requirements. A diagnosis is only needed if you choose to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Your rights and privacy

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. If you receive a bill $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
