Therapy for Busy Keller Professionals and Parents

Keller is the kind of place people work hard to get to. Good schools, quiet neighborhoods, and a hometown feel make it a great place to raise a family. But behind a lot of Keller front doors are two demanding careers, a packed family calendar, and someone who's quietly running on empty.

Whether you live near Old Town Keller, work along the Alliance corridor, or spend half your week traveling for your job, you may be the one keeping everything on track. Therapy is a place to step out of the logistics and look at what's underneath. Together, we'll explore where your patterns came from and what you want to do differently now.

You're allowed to need support too.

Is Keeping Everything Running Costing You More Than It Should?

From the outside, life in Keller can look like it's working. On the inside, many people here are dealing with:

  • Dual-career burnout from balancing demanding jobs in corporate, aviation, logistics, and healthcare with everything at home
  • The mental load of tracking every schedule, appointment, and practice, and feeling like no one else sees it
  • Travel-heavy and shift-based work that makes it hard to stay connected to your partner, your kids, or yourself
  • Parenting without repeating what you grew up with, especially when you're too tired to respond the way you want to
  • Relationship strain when you and your partner feel more like co-managers than a team

Maybe you've thought I'm just stressed, I'll deal with it when things slow down, or I don't know who I am outside of work and the kids. Things rarely slow down on their own. The patterns keeping you stuck can change, and it doesn't have to wait until everything else is handled.

You can wave at everyone in your neighborhood and still not feel close to anyone.

Therapy That Fits a Keller Schedule

Most busy Keller adults aren't looking for one more commitment. They're looking for something that actually fits. You might be working hybrid, commuting toward Alliance or DFW Airport, or juggling kids' activities every evening. Therapy should work with that schedule, not against it.

Choose the Format That Works for Your Week

Getting to therapy shouldn't take more energy than therapy itself. Between 377, 35W, and rush hour, a drive into the city can eat up an afternoon.

That's why I offer virtual therapy for adults anywhere in Texas and Florida, so you can meet from home, a parked car, or a private office at work. If you'd rather meet face to face, my Near Southside office in Fort Worth is available for in-person sessions. Many clients find that virtual sessions make it possible to stay consistent, and consistency is where real change happens.

A Pattern-Focused Approach to Therapy

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults understand and change the patterns, rooted in family, relationships, and early experience, that they don't want to keep repeating. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. Together, we can work to:

Understand where your patterns came from, including family roles, early experiences, and the expectations you absorbed growing up
Process the memories and experiences that keep you stuck using EMDR, alongside CBT, ACT, and DBT skills for the anxiety, overthinking, and stress you're dealing with right now
Build boundaries, self-trust, and new ways of responding so you can stop people-pleasing and start making choices for yourself
Bring an ADHD-informed lens to your work, shaped by my own lived experience, so your brain is understood rather than judged

This approach helps you make sense of how you became who you are, and gives you real room to choose something different.

Is This Kind of Therapy Right for You?

I work with adults in Keller and across northeast Tarrant County who are ready to look at the patterns underneath what they're feeling. This is a good fit for:

The responsible one

High-functioning adults, including professionals, healthcare workers, aviation and logistics employees, and caretakers who are burned out from holding everything together

Parents breaking the cycle

Moms and dads who want to raise their kids differently than they were raised, even when life is moving fast

ADHD, anxiety, and people-pleasing

Adults who are successful on paper but exhausted, overwhelmed, or always behind

Questions

Keller Therapy FAQs

Do you have an office in Keller?

My office is at 901 W Rosedale Street, Suite 250, Fort Worth, TX 76104, in the Near Southside. Virtual sessions let you skip the drive from Keller, and in-person sessions are available at my Fort Worth office.

Can I switch between virtual and in-person sessions?

Yes. Some clients start in person and move to virtual, or mix the two depending on their week. We can figure out what works best for you.

I travel a lot for work. Can I still do virtual sessions?

Yes, as long as you're physically located in Texas or Florida at the time of your session. Licensing rules are based on where you are during the session, not where you live.

Do you take insurance?

I'm not accepting new insurance clients. I can give you a superbill if you'd like to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance, and many clients use HSA or FSA funds for sessions. You'll find full details on my Fees & Insurance page, and you can check your out-of-network benefits there too.

Do you offer a military or veteran discount?

Yes. I offer a 10% discount on private pay sessions for active duty service members and veterans. Clients receiving the military discount aren't eligible for a superbill for insurance reimbursement. Ask about eligibility during your free connection call.

How soon can I get started?

The best first step is a free 15-minute connection call. We can talk about what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit, and I'll share my current availability.
